Have you used the CUA Libraries’ Ask a Librarian service? During most hours that the Mullen Library is open, a Reference Librarian is available to answer your questions using instant messaging. The service has been available for about 4 years and use is increasing. Now, we’d like to know how we’re doing. When you click on the Ask a Librarian or Ask Us links on our
homepage, you’ll open a “widget” for your instant messaging session. In that widget there is now a link to a very brief survey. When you finish your session chatting with the librarian, please take a minute to click through and complete the survey. Your responses will be completely anonymous, and they’ll help us make the service better.
