We are working as quickly as possible to get the issue resolved.  If you have been waiting to be notified that an item is available, please check with us. If any items are no longer on our shelves, we can re-request them for you. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact the ILL Department at 202-319-5063 or send an email to ill@lib.mail.cua.edu .

The site now features collection listings of Audio Visual from Manuscript collections, University Collections, and Alumni Collections. It also provides information on request and fee policies, and information for protential donors. Two new finding aids are featured in the University Collections page–The Department of Athletics Audio Visual Series finding aid, and the CUA University Photographic Collection finding aid–two of the largest university photo and audio visual collections.

If such fines appear on your library account, please see a staff member at the Circulation desk to have them removed.

Also, Consortium Loan Service and Interlibrary Loan materials which were originally to be held to Feb 5 through Feb 14 will be held through Wed, Feb 17.

receiving e-mail notices (CLS, ILL, overdues) from the Libraries.
To fix this problem, and to bring the Libraries into compliance
with CUA policy, all student email addresses in MyAladin will be
changed to your official CUA email address (@cardinalmail.cua.edu)
next week. Cardinalmail can be set up to
forward all CUA communications to another email address. For

This applies to CUA, CLS and ILL materials. The only exception is for items recalled by other libraries. If you receive a recall notice, please contact the library issuing the recall.

If you wish to return books while the Libraries are closed for the holiday break, please leave them inside the bookdrop at the back of Mullen. Please do not leave books outside.

Limited services will be available after midnight. The stacks will be closed, but laptops will be available for loan . Everyone entering the library will be asked to show ID. Only those showing a CUA ID will be admitted after 2 a.m.

Coffee and cookies will be available in the May Gallery from 10:00pm until they are gone.
