Finding aid/collection guide to records of USCCB Legal Department

New finding aid/collection guide to records of USCCB Legal Department. Originally known as the Department of Laws and Legislation, it was established in December 1919 as one of the five founding departments of the National Catholic Welfare Council (now the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops).  Records include general administration files, subject files regarding congressional matters, education, foreign/international relations, organizations, social security, states, taxation, and tenure of church property, and miscellaneous publications and proceedings. Thanks to Shane MacDonald, Raymond Moore, Carter Rawson, William Dawson, and Nora McCabe for their work on this.
