New collection guide/finding aid for the records of the Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD), part of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB). Thanks to Raymond Moore.

The CCHD was founded as a national public education and development program  in November 1969 as an educational effort to inform Americans about the extent of poverty in the country and to raise funds for projects, not always under the direction of the Church, to combat that poverty.
