New Finding Aid/Collection Guide to the records of the Co-Workers of Mother Teresa in America. Inspired by Mother Teresa’s Missionaries of Charity, the American Co-Workers were inaugurated in New York City in 1971 as an affiliate to the Missionaries. Membership was ecumenical and efforts focused on administering to the poor in areas where the Missionaries of Charity were not present. This one relates closely to another collection, Eileen Egan’s Mother Teresa Collection.
