Happy New Year!

WELCOME BACK – Starting today, Monday, January 11, 2016, Mullen Library will resume regular hours. Please note that in observation of Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Birthday, Mullen will close at 5 pm on Sunday, January 17 and reopen at 8 am on Tuesday, January 19. For a more complete listing of holiday hours, including campus library hours, please visit libraries.cua.edu/about/hours.cfm.

BROWZINE – BrowZine, the unique tool by Third Iron that serves as a virtual bookshelf for your favorite academic journals, has recently launched a web version. Check it out now at www.browzine.com!

GRADUATE STUDENT BENEFITS – Graduate Students at CUA can take advantage of two helpful library perks:

  • Graduate Study Carrels – Room 222 Mullen is equipped with 8 new study carrels that can be reserved in 4 hour blocks during regular library hours. This service is provided through a partnership between the University Libraries and the Graduate Student Association. To reserve a study carrel, click here.
  • Graduate Student Lockers – A limited number of lockers on the second floor are made available to graduate students on a first come, first served basis at the beginning of each semester. The lockers are located in the hall outside the Digital Arts Classroom. Keys may be checked out from the circulation desk.
