An interesting article on the do’s and don’ts of fair use for scholars written by Patricia Aufderheide. Aufderheide and Peter Jaszi have written the book, Reclaiming Fair Use: How to Put Balance Back in Copyright (University of Chicago Press, 2011).  The Mullen library copy will be on the shelf later in the week.
